The Holiday Home

Our holiday home is located in Spain on the Costa Brava in Pals on the Urbanización Mas Tomasi.

It stands on a terraced sloping property enclosed by fences and walls, below a very quiet ring road.

From the entire property and from all terraces you have a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside, the sea, the Medes Islands and the Montgri mountain.

If the weather is very nice and clear, you can even see the snow-capped Pyrenees.

The living area of the main house is furnished with a comfortable sofa, an open fireplace and a large dining table for up to 8 people.

For your entertainment you will find a wall-mounted 50" LG flat screen Smart TV with German programs and AirPlay, a stereo system with Bluetooth function, radio and CD, a Blue-Ray DVD player and very fast WIFI with free Internet access.

There is also a selection of books and DVDs for adults and children in different languages.

Adjacent to the living room is a small kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove, large fridge-freezer, microwave (with built-in grill and convection oven), dishwasher, normal coffee machine, Nespresso Lattissima, kettle, toaster, and much more.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms throughout the holiday home.

There are three bedrooms in the main house, two of which have a queen-size bed (140 x 200 cm) and one bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm).

Some of the bedrooms have built-in wooden wardrobes or free-standing wardrobes.

In the attached apartment, which is directly adjacent to the house, there is another, fourth bedroom with an en suite shower room. The apartment has a separate entrance with its own small terrace and no direct access to the main house.

There is also a washing machine in the shower room of the main house.

Our tenants have a children's (travel) bed for children up to 36 months and a high chair (6 months to 10 years) available free of charge.

In each bedroom and in the living area there is an air conditioning system with heating function. The bathrooms are equipped with natural stone heating or towel heating.

There is sufficient furniture and sun loungers with cushions on the property, by the pool and on the terraces.

Smoking is not permitted in our holiday home, but only in the outdoor areas. All living rooms and bedrooms are therefore equipped with a smoke detector.

The swimming pool is approx. 7.50 x 3.50 m and can be accessed via normal stairs.
