Info about the rental Price

Our holiday home consists of two parts:

1. Main house with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 1 shower room for 2-6 people

2. Attached apartment with 1 bedroom, en suite shower room and separate entrance for up to 2 people

The smallest part that can be rented is the main house for 2-6 people at the standard rental price.

The rental prices vary depending on the season. In the low season you can rent the house from EUR 100 per day. Summer holiday periods are high season and always more expensive than low season.

Please check the availability calendar in advance to see whether your desired date is definitely free and bookable!

The apartment can be booked for an additional charge if you want 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, or if you are traveling with more than 6 people.

We do not rent out our holiday home to different tenants at the same time. If you only book the main house, the apartment will remain empty and locked.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD:

The minimum rental period is 7 days.

The holiday home can only be rented on a weekly basis (7, 14 or a maximum of 21 days).

A longer stay is possible by arrangement in the off-season.

EXTRA COSTS:

Final cleaning, general additional costs and use of Wifi are included in the price.

Electricity consumption is free and included up to 10 kWh per day.

Additional consumption due to air conditioning or heating will be charged according to consumption on departure. The use of air conditioning or heating is optional.

A children's travel cot up to 3 years and a children's (baby) high chair is in the house and can be used free of charge.

BED SHEETS TOWELS:

Towels and bed linen should be brought with you, but can also be hired from the administration for a fee.

Linen: EUR 10 per person

Towels (set of 3): EUR 10 per person

TOURIST TAX:

EUR 1 per night and person over the age of 16 for a maximum of 7 days, payable on arrival

DOGS:

Dogs are allowed, but must be registered at the time of booking. Dogs always stay free of charge.
